Reporting to the Attraction and Development Global Manager, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building our high performance teams. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to secure top talent. As a key member of the HR team, you will partner closely with department leaders to identify and attract the best talent.
**Essential Functions**
- Working closely with our local hiring team and taking ownership of the full 360° hiring cycle across multiple locations in LATAM and North America.
- Being a cultural role model, making sure that as we continue to grow, we bring the best people, aligned with our values.
- Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring supervisors.
- Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
- Manage advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent.
- Perfom job offers and contracts.
- Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise talent market insights and data to inventively engage, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience as a recruiter with a track record of building high performance teams.
- Digitally savvy - Proficiency in using technology and learning new technologies and software.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with colleagues at different levels within an organization.
- Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude.
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Ability to lead and manage projects using agile methodologies and involving cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker, with solid judgment and demonstrated integrity.
- Experience in working in Latin America.
