The People/HR function is currently going through a transformation towards building a best in class HR organization which is able to support GL’s fast-growing business: we are therefore searching for a Director, to join our Global Total Rewards (TR) team. Reporting to the VP, Global People Operations, with a strong dotted reporting line to the Americas VP People, the Americas Director Total Rewards and TR Systems will be responsible for a range of critical HR capabilities and services for the Americas region of GlobalLogic. This individual will drive the organisation’s compensation strategy in the NAM and LatAm sub-regions, including leading the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies, programs, and policies, in alignment with GlobalLogic’s business objectives. With knowledge of best-in-class compensation practices, the individual will ensure key events and emerging market trends affecting human resources (i.e., legal, tax, regulatory, compliance related etc.). This position is responsible for consulting and partnering with assigned Business Unit/Function/Region clients/HR Business Partners and Global People Solutions (GPS) on TR issues and leading a variety of broader TR activities. It requires a deep understanding of the regional trends and practices and must stay abreast of compensation best practices, critical jobs, legal developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements, as well as providing best practice recommendations to the GL leadership. Strong knowledge of core TR systems and the willingness to learn and support on new TR systems is a key, required skill.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Total Rewards professional in the region with knowledge and experience in the international compensation and benefits area.
- Ability to give executive presentations on TR topics.
- Able to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders on an international basis.
- Collaborative working style and strong interpersonal and influencing skills - heavy focus on relationship management.
- Strong leadership and advisory capabilities.
- International background and global mindset.
- Experience of managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business cases. MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Workday and Oracle experience will be a plus as will TR Systems experience at an implementation level.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a global and networked environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the development of Regional Total Rewards strategy and frameworks in line with the overall business objectives and strategy.
- Participates in the development of Global Rewards Roadmap for the region.
- Provides guidance on the TR practices in the region.
- Understands the Job Architecture and market benchmarking process in all region countries.
- Manages the process by which any new or revised jobs are evaluated and slotted into appropriate job grades and salary ranges.
- Takes ownership of the implementation, iteration and communication of all TR systems which provide the baseline to the core TR programs of Compensation Review, Variable Pay, and LTIP.
- Manages the regional development of the TR Policies. Develops the base salary processes and structures to ensure their competitiveness, fairness and alignment with business priorities.
- Leads the proposal creation & overall execution of the merit and promotion process in partnership with the regional and country leadership.
- Directs and facilitates the TR related discussions with business and HR senior leadership in Europe.
- Responsible for leading the execution of the Compensation database & process automation.
- Provides TR hiring guidance in newer countries in the region.
- Contributes to the design & development of variable compensation plans.
- Participates in M&A due diligence and Integration of the region from a TR perspective.
- Ensures Country Compliance is aligned with global TR regulations.
- Guides and trains HR teams and Senior Management in compensation related topics.
- Consolidates regional level trends, market data and prepares the compensation dashboard for the region.
- Functionally lead the team in the region, including coaching, mentoring and career pathing.
- Oversees all aspects of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and incentive review, market data collection and analysis, market trend research, and budgeting for salary increases.
