Buscamos incorporar un Total Rewards & People Services Manager que actúe como agente de cambio estratégico. Este rol es clave para diseñar e implementar estrategias innovadoras de compensaciones y beneficios, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio. Será responsable de optimizar los procesos de People Services y guiar la transformación organizacional.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar estrategias de compensación base y variable atractivas y equitativas. Diseño de estructuras salariales, planes de incentivos a corto y largo plazo, programas de reconocimiento, y la revisión constante de las mismas.
- Gestionar y optimizar el paquete integral de beneficios para maximizar el bienestar de los empleados.
- Gestión estratégica de salarios: administrar la evolución salarial y garantizar eficiencia organizacional.
- Asegurar la administración efectiva del payroll cumpliendo con las normativas legales.
- Liderar la gestión de datos y sistemas de People asegurando la integridad, confidencialidad y accesibilidad de la información.
- Gestionar estratégicamente el servicio de People, velando por una experiencia del empleado de excelencia
Requerimientos:
- Formación Académica:
- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos (RRHH), Administración, Contabilidad, Relaciones Laborales o campo afín.
- Valorable postgrado en RRHH Estratégico, Compensaciones, o MBA.
- Años de Experiencia:
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años liderando equipos.
- Mínimo de 5 a 7 años en roles de Compensaciones y Beneficios o liderazgo en People Services. Experiencia en diseño de modelos de recompensas en empresas de tamaño igual o mayor. Gestión de nóminas para operaciones multi-país (Argentina y Uruguay deseable).
- Idiomas:
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) es excluyente debido al alcance internacional y comunicación con Panamá.
- Otras Especificaciones:
- Dominio de sistemas HRIS avanzado (e.g., VISMA y HUMAND, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM).
- Conocimiento profundo de leyes laborales y fiscales de Argentina y Uruguay.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de alto crecimiento, con enfoque en resultados.
