We deliver end‑to‑end solutions that result in revolutionary work. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a motivated, analytic and data oriented Total Rewards Semi Senior to join our People Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in compensation and benefits, who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to innovative reward strategies that align with our company culture and goals. What you’ll do: Support the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business objectives. Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations for adjustments or improvements. Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports and dashboards to track and analyze key metrics related to total rewards. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to compensation and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality. What you’ll need: 2‑4 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel; experience with Workday systems is a plus. Strong knowledge in Power BI is a plus. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in compensation and benefits. Advanced level of English is a must.
