Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compensation related activities and processes: compensation survey completion, market data analysis, salary structure development, job evaluations, etc.- Supports TR Center of Expertise (CoE) in the analytics behind the creation of new programs.- Serves as the next point of escalation for Contact Center employees with complex employee queries about compensation.- Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer within the HR Service Center with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced.- Liaises and networks with HR practitioners/counterparts across industries for benchmarking purposes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.- +5 years of experience in HR specializing in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits.- Expertise in compensation with in-depth understanding market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, etc. Global experience is preferred.- Strong analytical skills.- Experience in working with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now- Must be highly proficient in English.- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.- Teamwork and customer service skills.- Flexibility on work schedules on an ad-hoc basis, in order to connect with stakeholders in different geographical regions.
