**Digital Marketing Assistant (100% Remote)**

Innovative marketing agency is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Assistant to help us manage and grow our clients portfolio.

This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time position (based on your availability), on a fixed-term contract (3 months to start), with the view of becoming a long-term role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cool tech companies in a fast-paced environment, and challenge yourself to become a strong, all-round marketer.

**About You**

You have at least 2 years' experience in managing marketing campaigns and working closely with sales teams and company directors - preferably within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) world.

You have a natural passion for technology and the desire to work with demanding software development firms, whose founders come from some of the leading universities in the world.

You must be kind and professional, yet very confident to be able to understand their needs, stay calm under pressure, and deliver continuous success.

**Responsibilities**
- Account management of marketing projects for software development firms
- Planning and reporting
- B2B prospecting, lead generation and nurturing
- Marketing automation
- Analytics and insights
- Content marketing and copywriting
- Social media marketing
- Events organisation and promotion (webinars, virtual conferences)
- Managing external resources
- Day-to-day administration tasks

**Essential Skills**
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently
- Excellent English (both writing and speaking)
- 2+ years in Marketing (preferably in B2B Marketing for IT / ICT organizations)
- Creativity
- Confidence
- Precision
- Sense of humour
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Passionate about completing tasks, beating deadlines and targets
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Drive & Office365
- HubSpot CRM (Marketing & Sales features)
- LinkedIn marketing solutions (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

**Desired Skills**
- Degree in one of the following: Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital Media
- Google Analytics

- Design skills (Figma, Canva)
