We are looking to add a new Marketing VA to our agency

You will play an important role in our daily operations. By performing various marketing administrative support tasks, you ensure the agency’s seamless day-to-day operations—allowing other team members to focus their time on other crucial areas of the business—, to help grow the agency effectively.

**Who is this for?**

**Organized and have a keen eye for detail.**

Often, you’d find yourself assigned to several tasks at a time—all with varying significance. Your ability to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work with minimum supervision is critical.

We can’t possibly know everything, right? As long as you’re determined to provide a solution to any challenge we throw your way, then we don’t see why you wouldn’t be a good fit

**Amiable and level-headed.**

As we are a multicultural company, you’ll be working with a dynamic team from all walks of life. That said, your ability to handle differing personalities would be highly beneficial.

**An excellent communicator.**

Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential in order to deliver and understand information quickly and accurately. Thus, having near-native fluency in speaking and writing in English is important.

**An experienced administrative assistant.**

**Requirements**:
The job calls for someone who already knows the fundamentals of the role. That said, you should have at least one (1) year of experience performing various administrative or support duties relating to marketing.

Other qualifications that are worth extra brownie points:

- Good understanding of MS Excel logical functions, especially if you’ve had prior experience writing them;
- Familiar with digital marketing jargon. We speak this language everyday so being familiar with it plays to your advantage.
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
- Able to work between 9am and 5pm EST (this job only requires you to work 35hrs per week).
- Had prior experience working in a remote setting.

**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Prepare various report(s) for management;
- Social media posting;
- Responding to prospects on various social media platforms;
- Perform various outreach task on various channels such as Facebook and Skool; and
- Other marketing-related tasks in an admin support capacity.

**Salary**: $685,015.00 per month
