En estos momentos nos encontramos en búsqueda de un talento para cumplir el rol de **Service Delivery Manager**
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Experiência y conocimientos: de tres** (3) años** o superior en:
Supervisar y liderar la entrega de servicios de TI, garantizando que se cumplan los acuerdos de nível de servicio (ANS) y se mantenga la satisfacción del cliente.

Habilidades para dirigir equipos y coordinar operaciones.

Administrar proyectos de TI desde una perspectiva técnica, administrativa y financiera, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos, plazos y presupuestos.

Experiência en la elaboración de informes de gestión y en la administración de procesos de facturación, asegurando la precisión el cumplimiento de ANS y cualquier incidente relevante.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Técnico, tecnólogo y/o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones, Telemática o afines
- Certificación ITIL Foundations deseable
- Certificación PMP o similares deseable, con conocimientos en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos.
- Metodologías de gestión de proyectos como **PMI** o **PRINCE2**.
