A Total Rewards Analyst. An enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels of a project.

**What you'll do**:

- Salary review process
- Development and updating of salary structure
- Participation in market surveys for the analysis of external competitiveness and internal equity
- Development and update of policies and processes of the area.
- Salary proposals and benefits package
- Promotions and internal movements process
- EVP development and segmented benefits proposal
- Labor relations: analysis and contact with labor lawyers for various issues (leaves of absence, claims, terminations, SECLO, etc.).
- Communication of terminations, severance calculations.

**Who you are**:

- An analytical professional
- Detail Oriented | Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection
- A Strong Communicator | Excellent communication and analytical skills

**What you'll need**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field
- Advanced english level (exclusionary)
- Organized and process-oriented profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensations
- Experience in health insurance
- Advanced use of Excel
- Knowledge in Mercer Methodology (desirable)
