**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Site scraping SalesForce to update status of leads (daily)
- Booking appointments for Sales Team (Calendly, Outlook Calendar, among other platforms used extensively)
- Assisting Sales Team on calendar management for client consultations
- Other Administrative tasks to aid Sales Teams

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient level of English (required)
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 1 to 9 pm Eastern Time (required)
- Customer Service experience (required)
- Advanced level of French (preferred)
- University bachelor's degree education (preferred)
- Paypal account (required)
- Laptop/pc, good internet connectivity, appropriate working space for videocalls, professional attire and demeanor

**Salary**: CAD $700 (with the potential for an increase upon successful completion of the probation period.)

**Independent contractor** position (healthcare system, vacation time, pension plan, are **SOLE** responsibility of the contractor.)
