Our partner company, located in US, is looking for a AR/AP Specialist

**Note to Applicants**:

- This is a **full time and fully remote** job in LATAM.

**Responsibilities**

**Manage Accounts Receivable**:

- Process invoices and credit notes.
- Monitor customer account balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.

**Manage Accounts Payable**:

- Verify and process vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and process checks or electronic payments.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.

**Implement Technology Systems**:

- Research, select, and implement modern technology systems to streamline AR/AP processes.
- Train staff on the use of new systems.

**Manage Written Communication**:

- Draft and send professional correspondence to customers and vendors.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

**Analyze Financial Data**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with implementing and managing accounting technology systems is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
- Knowledge of construction accounting or B2B software billing processes.
