Right now, we are looking for a
**Tax Analyst** to join our Finances team

- Prepare and review tax returns (sales/use, business & occupation, gross receipts, VAT, income tax) for monthly and annual filings.
- Be responsible for the interaction with the external advisors of each country where Globant has operations.
- Coordinate the VAT recovery process.
- Interpret and comply with state, local and international statutes, regulations, and legislation.
- Prepare for, and assist with, external tax audits.
- Provide a high level advisory on regulatory changes to other areas of the company.
- Assist with the reconciliation of general ledger tax accounts.
- Assist with quarterly and annual audit (including SOX compliance).
- Develop and implement process improvements.
