We are looking for a **Jr. Tax Analyst** to join our Accounting/Tax team.

If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by working with international standards, this opportunity is for you.

**What will you do?**

**Preparation and Filing of Tax Returns**:

- Prepare and manage low-complexity tax returns for individual and business clients.
- Collect and validate supporting documentation (bank statements, tax forms, withholdings, etc.).
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of the data to be reported, preventing omissions or duplications.
- Enter tax forms into the appropriate system and complete the final submission of the return.
- Monitor filing schedules and due dates.

**Preparation of Tax Extensions**:

- Prepare forms for filing deadline extensions in accordance with current regulations.
- Communicate deadlines and requirements to clients and ensure timely submission.

**ITIN Management and Administration**
- Provide informational support to both internal and external clients throughout the entire process.

**Internal Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Document and update manuals or procedures as required by the Team Lead or Manager.

**What are we looking for?**
- Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting firms (preferably in tax)
- **Advanced English (mandatory)**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office | Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
