**Job Description**:
The People & Culture Coordinator provides support for all aspects of Cielo’s People & Culture team for the Americas region, including Talent Management Business Partners (TMBP), Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning & Development.

This self-motivated, detail-oriented professional serves in a hands-on role, coordinating the administrative aspects of HR and assisting to drive strategic HR programs. This dynamic professional is someone who thrives in a service-oriented, collaborative atmosphere and can seamlessly support multiple projects.
- Qualifications

**Responsibilities**:
HR Support
- Act as a resource for employees, providing information, and answering inquiries.
- Assist with people-related communications such as employee newsletter and presentations.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire forms, new employee orientation presentations, etc.
- Manage the processing of employee changes, internal movement, set-up of new hires, and general employee maintenance with payroll team.
- Assist with leave processes: exit interviews, termination documentation creation, and storage, etc.
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. - Keep employee records up-to-date in a timely fashion.
- Manage employee surveys through Qualtrics including but not limited to, exit survey, new joiner survey, employee engagement survey.
- Other duties as assigned.

HR Operations Support
- Assist with policy and procedure research.
- Maintain regional employee handbooks with updated resolutions, addendums, and other pertinent information.
- Collect data, pull reports, and analyze trends on global metrics.
- Support benefits and payroll-related inquires.
- Maintain knowledge of rapidly changing HR regulations.
- Prepare documents on employee or manager requests.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably internal talent acquisition.
- Exposure to working globally, including training/onboarding. Experience in HR technology administration is preferred.
- Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Strong technical acumen, proficient in Microsoft Office, and utilizing ATS and HRIS systems.
