Here is what you'll do...

**Media Buyer Job Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing over 60 campaigns for small businesses
- Consistently monitor & track Facebook ads results to ensure high performance
- Make updates to ads and landing pages to ensure high conversion rates
- Get access to client FB assets, create Business Manager for clients when needed
- Find & implement new strategies to campaigns
- Create new processes based on the results of tests
- Research our competitors for what’s working and what’s not
- Develop strong understanding of the dance studio and advertising best practices

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Know how to analyze FB campaign results to make strategic decisions for clients
- The ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively implement changes to campaigns for best results
- Solve problems and think critically and independently
- Ability to work individually and as a collaborative member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Facebook Ads Manager
- 2+ years’ experience in media buying
- Must have home office equipment/computer and high speed-internet
- Previous agency experience is a plus

- Someone that is not afraid to put those ideas to the test and constantly optimize until those ideas are actually successful.
- Someone who will research and implement other areas of opportunity besides Facebook to ensure the continued success of campaigns (Pinterest, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc)
- Someone who is willing to jump on Zoom calls with our friendly clients to help them set up their Facebook business assets (business page, IG account, pixel, ad account)
