**Latino Legends Is Hiring: Rockstar Media Buyer (Remote - DTC, Jewelry)**

**About the Role**

Latino Legends is proudly partnering with an established and emotionally resonant jewelry brand to find a seasoned **Media Buyer** who thrives in DTC performance marketing (Direct-To-Consumer). This is a high-impact, full-time remote role where you'll own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and more — crafting compelling creative strategies and driving real revenue growth.

**You Are**:

- An Excellent_ English speaker_ with crystal-clear communication.
- A _self-starter_ who communicates proactively and clearly via Slack, async video updates, and concise reporting.
- A _creative strategist_ who loves testing new ad angles, copy, and performance-driven ideas.
- A _numbers-driven thinker_ who can analyze, optimize, and report on key KPIs without missing a beat.
- A _team player_ who vibes well with creatives and gets things DONE with good energy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and additional platforms as needed
- Track and optimize key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR
- Collaborate closely with video editors/designers to iterate on creatives
- Write compelling ad copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs)
- Lead creative strategy: testing frameworks, data analysis, performance reports
- Suggest new ad angles, offers, creatives, and campaign directions

**Required Experience**:

- 3-5+ years of media buying experience with DTC brands
- Proven ability to scale ad spend from $30K to $100K+/month profitably
- Strong background in UGC + performance creatives
- Experience using attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.
- Comfortable writing creative briefs and ad scripts in the brand’s tone of voice
- Previous work with U.S.based brands or agencies is a must

**Details**:

- Remote role from LATAM
- EST Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST
- Monthly Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000 USD
