In the short term, our Media Buyer will be responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing for the agency to consistently meet strict KPIs. We are growing quickly and building our brand primarily through paid traffic on Meta.

In the long-term, you will be responsible for crafting our overarching marketing strategy and brand development, building a marketing team under you, and consistently pushing the envelope with innovative ideas that keep us at the forefront of the digital marketing agency industry.

**What This Job Entails**
- Media buying, copy-writing & funnel building across Google, Facebook, and Youtube
- Consistently hitting strict KPIs using data-based optimization
- Crafting and executing a long-term brand strategy and online presence
- Building and leading a marketing team to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company
- Creating systems to integrate the marketing department into the larger company for maximum efficiency & collaboration
- Continually innovating. Period.
- Starting salary: 4K/mo for first 90 days, during initial learning & trial period. If you’re the right fit, salary increases upon negotiation based on demonstrated skill and value added. Long-term, this role could earn ownership in the company and virtually unlimited earning potential.
- Full-time: between 35-50 hours a week.

**Requirements (beyond just being bad-ass marketer)**
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Data-obsessed -- we are not interested in guesswork-based marketing
- Innovative -- you are constantly looking for ways to make something better and more efficient
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
- Team-oriented -- you will have the opportunity to grow & lead a team, if you’ve never done this before, you must be excited & willing to learn this skill
- Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better Required Experience
- 1+ years of online paid advertising or digital marketing experience highly preferred (or you are HUNGRY to learn & develop new skills extremely rapidly)
- Previous experience with remote team environments & softwares preferred, including Monday, Slack, Google Meets, etc.

Pay: From $12,959,042.40 per year
