**About the job**:
En BBVA nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Estrategia para formar parte del equipo que impulsa el crecimiento y la transformación del segmento PyME.

El Analista de Estrategia de Clientes y Segmentación será responsable de **impulsar el crecimiento del negocio**a través de la comprensión profunda del cliente. Esto incluye la gestión de la **segmentación y**la creación de **arquetipos**para optimizar las estrategias de relacionamiento digital e incentivos.

Principales responsabilidades

- Diseñar, ejecutar y mantener modelos de **segmentación de clientes**
- Asegurar la **calidad y consistencia**de los datos utilizados para la segmentación
- Analizar las necesidades y el comportamiento de cada segmento para **definir y validar la Propuesta de Valor (PdV)**más relevante y atractiva
- Crear y documentar **arquetipos de cliente**basados en la interacción y el **relacionamiento digital**
- **Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing y Producto para alinear las estrategias de contenido y comunicación**
- **Realizar análisis de clustering para agrupar clientes con características similares**

**Requisitos para el puesto**

- **Formación**:Título universitario en carreras como Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o afines.
- **Experiência**:Mínimo de **2 a 4 años**de experiência en roles de Business Intelligence, Analítica de Clientes.
- **Habilidades Técnicas (Excluyentes)**:

- Manejo avanzado de **SQL**para la extracción y manipulación de datos.
- Dominio de herramientas de visualización y _Business Intelligence _( **Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio**, etc.).
- Sólida experiência con **Excel**y conocimiento de **herramientas estadísticas o lenguajes de programación**(R o Python) es un plus.

- **Competencias**:

- Fuerte **pensamiento analítico y visión estratégica**para convertir datos en recomendaciones de negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de **comunicación**y presentación para influir en la toma de decisiones gerenciales.
- Proactividad y capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos de principio a fin.

Jornada: Full time (37,5 horas semanales)
