What are we looking for?
An Data Analyst Jr/Ssr with great english language skills to join an important hearing products company.
**Workplace**: 100% remote
**Modality**: Remote
**Working hours**: Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m - Argentina Time
The office is located in Minneapolis, MN, and people working remotely work in this time zone (8 am to 5pm)
¿What will your responsibilities be?
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Weekly Recurring reporting and maintenance
Ad-hoc Reporting requests - analyze data from multiple databases to drive optimization and improvement of business insights
First Level data quality checking, auditing and issue management
Process improvements and project participation - looks for areas of improvement in current reporting, and drive for change.
Take on project tasks as requested
¿What do we need?
**That you have**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present data clearly through storytelling.
Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests within deadlines.
Prioritize tasks and test/verify data for new builds and enhancements.
Identify areas for process improvement and automate manual reports.
Document processes and create business requirements for IT teams.
**Education & Experience**:
Working towards a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
Experience with large datasets, trend analysis, and presenting insights to business leaders.
**Required Tools Proficiency**:
Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other Office tools (required).
Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools (required).
SQL, Python, or other programming languages (preferred).
Dataiku, Alteryx, or other workflow tools (preferred).
