? ¿Qué necesitas para sumarte?

- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares dentro de la industria de la moda o indumentaria.
- Conocimientos: Experiencia en atención al cliente y manejo de plataformas de e-commerce.
- Habilidades:

- Excelente capacidad de comunicación escrita.

- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

- Valoramos: Perfiles proactivos, metódicos, con capacidad de análisis y creativos.
- Disponibilidad horaria full time 9:00 a 18:00 lunes a viernes – presencial Zona Almagro

? Tareas y responsabilidades:

- Atención al cliente a través de la página web y Mercado Libre, gestionando consultas de pre-venta, venta y postventa.
- Resolver dudas, reclamos, devoluciones y realizar el seguimiento de pedidos.
- Gestionar información relacionada con la logística.
- Mantener actualizado el sitio web en cuanto a precios, fotos y productos.
- Brindar soporte en otras tareas relacionadas con el área de Customer Service.
