Were hiring a Salesforce Technical Specialist to help scale and stabilize our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce. This is not a classic enterprise Salesforce admin role. You'll operate as a builder and systems owner, sitting at the intersection of Salesforce, data, and GTM tooling. You'll design workflows, reporting, and integrations that power our revenue engine. You'll join at a foundational moment : Salesforce is launching, and you'll absorb day-one knowledge while helping build the system from a blank canvas. Must-Have Qualifications - Custom fields, objects, and process builder/flows - Experience with CRM data and GTM workflows Strong Plus - Clay power user or experience with enrichment tools - Comfortable using modern AI tools - Experience with systems that sync into Salesforce Nice to Have - Data analytics experience - Hex or BI dashboarding Responsibilities - Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations - Own Salesforce reporting, including: - Support and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce sync - Integrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce, including: - AI-powered GTM tools - Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership - Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale GTM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
