En nuestra empresa, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Go To Market Senior Manager para liderar las estrategias de comercialización de nuestros productos en el mercado de América Latina. Como parte del equipo de Marketing Comercial, serás responsable de llevar adelante el plan de entrada al mercado, analizar la competencia, establecer alianzas estratégicas y asegurar el crecimiento de la marca en la región.
Este puesto requiere de una persona con amplia experiencia en el área, capaz de diseñar e implementar planes de marketing efectivos, identificar oportunidades de negocio y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos interdisciplinarios. Buscamos a alguien con habilidades analíticas, creativas y orientadas a resultados, con un profundo conocimiento del mercado latam, especialmente BRASIL y las tendencias actuales.
Responsabilidades:
1. Definir la Estrategia de MKT por país, canal y cliente.
2. Garantizar la imagen de marca y posicionamiento en cada mercado.
3. Desarrollar herramientas de apoyo al equipo comercial y distribuidor: Toolkits/ Mejores prácticas por canal, armado y actualización de manuales de Trade Marketing. Armar las presentaciones para lanzamientos de nuevos productos.
4. Definir lineamientos a la agencia de diseño sobre materiales de punto de venta y digitales. Desarrollar los materiales de punto de venta y cualquier otro tipo de diseño junto con la agencia.
5. Evaluar necesidades de Promotoría y ejecutar la contratación y seguimiento.
6. Supervisar la estrategia de marketing de RRSS (Influencers, acciones, sorteos).
7. Desarrollar y ejecutar acciones por tipo de canal/cliente y medir resultados. Evaluar el retorno.
8. Ser el nexo con MKT para la implementación de la estrategia y comunicación en RRSS.
9. Alinear y capacitar al distribuidor, equipo interno y agencias.
10. Acompañar y controlar los presupuestos del área (materiales, agencia, merchandising, envíos de materiales, servicios de promotoría).
11. Coordinar y planificar los elementos y participación en ferias internacionales.
Requisitos:
Buscamos profesionales en carreras afines, con experiencia de al menos 5 años en posiciones similares en mercados de consumo masivo en Latam. Resultará indispensable conocer el Mercado de Brasil y manejar el idioma Portugués. Se valorarán otros idiomas. Excel, Sistemas, RRSS, PPT, Inteligencia de Mercado, Análisis de Negocio, etc.
