We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Analyst with a strong background in managing paid media campaigns, specifically on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with a focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising for businesses with offline conventions or events, as this model differs from traditional e-commerce campaigns.

The right person should be highly proficient in creating, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a special emphasis on achieving lead generation goals. Additionally, experience in targeting and engaging the US Hispanic market is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Meta and TikTok, to drive lead generation and achieve business objectives.

- Develop, test, and optimize campaign strategies based on audience segmentation, creatives, and budget management.
- Explore and identify new target audiences to increase campaign reach and volume.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Own the full lifecycle of campaigns: launching, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
- Provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis of campaign performance, including both quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
- Work closely with the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions that deliver measurable business results.
- Support internal teams by sharing best practices and educating on product solutions.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize landing pages using tools like TikTok/Google Analytics, proprietary dashboards, and tracking systems.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and improve performance.
- Resourceful and able to solve complex problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and experience managing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong level of English.
- Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working across business units and teams.
- Experience managing large-scale monthly budgets is a plus.
