**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage **Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)** solution to support the organization’s identity and access management needs.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate identity management processes and tasks. Use C# to maintain extension rules in MIM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot identity management systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on identity management best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in identity management technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven previous experience (3 years) with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and other identity management solutions within IT Service Provider or large multinational company.
- Strong programming skills in PowerShell.
- Knowledge of C#
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and other identity and access management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
- Familiarity with cloud-based identity management solutions.
