Trabaja bajo la dirección de la gerencia de ventas, en pos de lograr los objetivos corporativos. Es responsable por la venta, la promoción y la cobranza de productos y servicios ofrecidos en el territorio asignado. Responsable de gestionar y realizar los correspondientes entrenamientos y brindar asistencia técnica a sus clientes en todas las tecnologías que la empresa disponga para la venta. También deberá cumplir con todas las responsabilidades administrativas relacionadas al puesto, tales como reportes, entrenamientos internos, planeaciones, reportes de gastos, etc.

Responsabilidades

- Logra y excede la cuota de ventas territorial con estrategias de venta adecuadas, manteniendo un balance entre volumen y margen.
- Desarrolla relaciones en todos los niveles en Bancos de Sangre, Hospitales, Secretarías de Salud, etc. y provee valor en todos los niveles (enfermería, químicos, jefes de banco de sangre, directores médicos, administrativos, etc.)
- Busca, prepara y presenta licitaciones de su región: propuestas técnicas y económicas, aclaración de dudas. Conoce y maneja documentos regulatorios: registros, FDA, CE, etc. Capaz de ingresar descripciones de productos en bases de licitación.
- Coordina y maneja los recursos disponibles para proveer servicios de alta calidad a sus clientes.
- Prepara planes de manera semanal y mensual, rastrea y analiza el progreso, tendencias, productividad y prepara planes de ventas anuales del territorio. Cierra el ciclo con cobranza.
- Mantiene informado al gerente de Ventas de Argentina y actualiza perfiles de cliente y oportunidades de negocio.
- Cierra negociaciones, contratos y da seguimiento a oportunidades de negocio.
- Maneja presupuesto de ventas y gastos, se adhiere a políticas de la compañía y mantiene comunicación efectiva interna y externamente.
- Busca ampliar la cartera de clientes usando habilidades de negociación y conocimiento de producto, ofreciendo soluciones y servicios.
- Visita y llama a sus clientes asignados periódicamente. Evalúa productividad y busca oportunidades de incrementarla. Conoce minuciosamente a sus clientes, stocks, procesos de compra y las relaciones que mantienen con otros servicios de la institución. Colabora en la venta interna de nuestros productos en la institución.
- Se mantiene actualizad@ e incrementa su conocimiento técnico-clínico, así como sus habilidades de venta, presentación y negociación.
- Responsable de dar entrenamiento técnico-clínico y asistencia técnica-clínica a los clientes en el uso de todas las tecnologías disponibles a la venta.
- Utiliza todas las herramientas corporativas disponibles de uso específico a la función. (ej: Salesfoce.com)
- Gestiona y comunica al área de calidad las quejas de los clientes, dando seguimiento hasta el cierre de la misma en las plataformas corporativas.
- Trabaja coordinadamente con el equipo de servicio técnico, logística, servicio al cliente, marketing, regulatorio, legales y finanzas, para proveer soluciones de alta calidad al cliente.
- Se adhiere a las políticas de “compliance” tanto de la compañía como a las normas de cumplimiento del país para realizar negocios sanos, éticos y transparentes.

Requisitos

- Técnico en hemoterapia, Lic. en Enfermería, Instrumentador Quirúrgico, Lic. en Cs.Biológicas, Biotecnología, Bioquímica.

Experiencia / Habilidades

- 2-3 años de relacionamiento con el cliente externo en áreas de salud como: médicos, técnicos en hemoterapia, personal administrativo, etc.
- Deseable experiencia con equipos médicos de bancos de sangre o medicina transfusional.
- Experiencia en literatura científica para crear oportunidades de negocio.
- Fuertes habilidades que faciliten el trabajo en equipo como: comunicación, relaciones interpersonales, compañerismo.
- Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y presentación.
- Sólidos conocimientos de herramientas de Windows (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Inicia proyectos sin esperar a recibir instrucciones.
- Disponibilidad para viajes.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
- Demostradas habilidades de persuasión, automotivación, orientación a resultados, cumplimiento de procesos y foco en el cliente.
