This position can be located in Argentina or Colombia.

About the role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions, collaborating closely with M&E Management and employees. You will need to be well-versed in various HR practice areas including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR policy, recruiting, and legal compliance.

You're Good at:

- Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.

- Expertise and Knowledge of the Argentine Market.

- Keeping up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members effectively.

- Providing HR analytics to support business leaders.

- Enhancing employee engagement and retention.

- Managing talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.

- Driving organizational and cultural change.

- Managing multiple projects and HR services efficiently.

You might also have:

- Experience in managing HR policies, strategies, and environment.

- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance.

- Proven track record in team management and development.

- Expertise in HR reports, analysis, and employee relations.

- Skills in employee engagement and talent acquisition.

- Experience in talent management and change management.

- Proficiency in program and project management.

- Ability to oversee HR services and ensure compliance.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years in a management position.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and business English.

- Knowledge of applicable labor legislation and willingness to travel for business purposes.
