Key Responsibilities - Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. - Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem. - Establish strong relationships with client decision makers, hosting monthly check‑ins. - Guide the account team with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet business objectives. - Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities and translate learnings into actionable reporting. - Use overlapping datasets to validate marketing decisions, prioritize business metrics, and inform tactical optimizations. - Lead contract renewal strategy, proposal development, and regular contract review to ensure goals are on target. - Collaborate with the Account Manager and internal team to identify expansion opportunities. - Manage a diverse set of clients totaling at least $175K in monthly recurring revenue. - Coach and develop the account team, delivering timely feedback. - Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by leadership. Role Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline. - 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency. - Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores. - Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot). - Experience speaking to business‑level metrics such as LTV:CAC, MER. - Campaign leadership skills for end‑to‑end development in a multi‑channel environment. - Ability to build rapport with executive‑level contacts. - Desire to function as both marketing consultant and business consultant. - Highly dependable, self‑starter, high energy, positive attitude, good organization, and time management skills. - Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for problem‑solving, learning, and personal development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - ETCR or Expansion to Churn Ratio (quarterly). - MRR Closed Service Expansion Retainer per Month (quarterly). - Average Client NPS of 8.8.
