What you’ll do / Responsibilities Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Establish client-centric relationships with key decision makers through monthly check-ins, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities Guides the account team with a comprehensive marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to meet or exceed client objectives; proficient in media planning and aligning client product, audience and media Use data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities; translate learnings into reporting with actionable next steps Utilize overlapping datasets to inform strategy, prioritize business metrics, and guide daily optimizations; apply incrementality as needed Lead contract renewal strategy, proposals, and ongoing client retention efforts with the Account Manager Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and services Manage a diverse portfolio with monthly recurring revenue of at least $175K Provide leadership and development for the account team; deliver timely, specific feedback Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services leadership Role Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline 8+ years digital marketing experience in strategic planning, insights, integration and client services (ideally in a digital or media agency) Proven track record of high customer satisfaction Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot) Experience reporting business metrics such as LTV:CAC, MER Campaign leadership across strategy, segmentation, targeting in a multi-channel environment Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts Desire to work as both marketing and business consultant for clients High energy, reliability, strong organization and time management Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on problem-solving and continuous learning Key Metrics / KPIs ETCR or Expansion to Churn Ratio (established quarterly) MRR Closed Service Expansion Retainer per Month (established quarterly) 8.8 Average Client NPS Company & Inclusion Power Digital’s people and culture are core to our success.
