Account Director We are looking for an Account Director to join Monks’ rapidly growing team. This role requires a go‑getter with a passion for marketing through content and brand experience. You will own client relationships, drive commercial success, anticipate opportunities, and work quickly and flexibly across internal and external teams to deliver with excellence. The Day‑to‑Day Own the client relationship and provide strategic consultative guidance. Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to produce great work. Learn all our service offerings to best serve our clients’ needs. Help structure and build new client teams. Partner with clients on creative briefs and direct client presentations. Provide clients with solutions and recommendations; collect feedback and ensure it is reflected in revisions. Communicate project requirements to project managers, producers, strategy and creative teams to meet client expectations. Manage all processes required to obtain a range of client approvals. Manage any internal ticketing or project‑management systems used by the client. Oversee scheduling of key internal and external meetings. Create and update spreadsheets, creative folders, and other documents across platforms. Manage the financial process including MSA, SOW, budgets, revenue tracking and internal reporting. What You Bring 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast‑paced environment. Strong brand experience and expertise in branded content. Demonstrated ability to execute large‑scale projects, working with internal and external partners. Self‑starter who can operate in a constantly evolving team environment. Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent problem‑solving, analysis, and presentation development skills. Experience managing budgets. Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent.
