What You Will Do: Lead the Sales Development Representative and Account Executive team in all aspects of salesBe responsible for managing goals for your team's performanceBe on top of your team's pipeline and forecast revenuesPlan and implement a Business Development strategyCoach the team by motivating, guiding, and guaranteeing system and process knowledge of the teamWork closely with the Sales Team to maximize the outputActively help to continuously optimize the cross-functional processesWhat you need to succeed in this role: Fluent German and English communication skills (both at least C1 level)Be a driven commercial leader with sales and leadership experience (at least 5 years experience in sales management)Strong interest in software, privacy and online marketingProblem-solving skills and the ability to coach the teamExperience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processesComfortable working in a dynamic environmentBe flexible to adapt quickly to changesBe a self-motivated, proactive team playerPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Benefits and Perks: Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 5am-1pm Argentina timeOpportunity to work fully remotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDGood bonuses for referring friendsPaid intensive training and probationWork-life balanceResponsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-developmentWho we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service international company that provides BPO services for IT companies around the globe.
