Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance operations in an efficient manner, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to property management.
  • Support the selection and hiring process for maintenance team members.
  • Regularly inspect properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure required maintenance and repairs are completed.
  • Schedule maintenance team members' workloads, balancing workload distribution and minimizing downtime.
  • Order, purchase, and maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts, and supplies.
  • Communicate and contract with third-party supplier partners to obtain quotes and place orders.
  • Monitor and track service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance work and turn-key operations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
Requirements:
