Sales & Commercial Manager - Argentina

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Commercial Manager to lead both sales and commercial efforts in Argentina.
This role is critical in driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and strengthening relationships with key operators and clients in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and commercial strategy within the iGaming sector.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in Argentina.Identify, approach, and onboard new operators and partners to expand the company's market presence.Negotiate and close commercial agreements that maximize revenue and ensure long-term partnerships.Conduct regular business reviews with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Commercial & Marketing Strategy:Design and implement localized promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to the needs of operators in Argentina.Collaborate with clients to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that promote the company's games and increase revenue.Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behaviors to identify opportunities for strategic growth.Develop and maintain a strong network within the Argentine iGaming industry to stay ahead of market developments.Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for operators and key clients in Argentina.Provide exceptional account management by addressing client inquiries, feedback, and partnership opportunities.Work closely with internal teams, including product and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and sales initiatives.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and promotional strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs).Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize sales performance and marketing ROI.Use data-driven decision-making to improve client engagement and maximize revenue opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements:Proven experience in sales and business development within the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on Argentina.Strong knowledge of the local market, including key operators, competitors, and regulatory landscape.Track record of successfully executing online casino campaigns and promotional strategies.Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive, fast-paced industry.Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform sales and marketing decisions.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
