Responsibilities: Who are you? The Configuration Team Lead is a player/coach role that is critical to the success of both new and existing clients.
This position will need to develop strong relationships throughout the organization including with the Implementation team, Client Success team, Marketing Communications team, and more.
As the Team Lead, your team will be focused on implementing our technologies, products, and services into new clients and new markets as well as supporting annual client program refreshes.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Develop a team culture that emphasizes quality end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development and high performance.Support team with technical and operational aspects of client configuration as needed to meet project deadlines and client commitments.Partner with Client Success team leads to prioritize and execute upon client commitments.Ensure team follows standard processes and support clear lines of ownership and accountability.Serve as internal and client-facing point of escalation for client configuration activities.Drive the continuous improvement of our client configuration methodology.Meet with team members on a regular basis to provide mentoring, discuss performance and work on individual development.Complete employee reviews and provide management team with feedback/recommendations on salary adjustments and promotions.Manage and monitor distribution of configuration case workload amongst team members to ensure on-time and accurate completion of deliverables.Partner directly with the Product team to understand new features and provide training to configuration team members as required.Reviews client inquiries and researches responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated to the appropriate department and Director's attention.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role
