TITLE: Marketing Manager COMPANY BACKGROUND Black Dragon Capital LLC ("BDC") is a minority-controlled, growth driven private equity fund created by technology operating executives with a track record of creating market leading companies and an impressive investment return history.

About: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help us drive great results.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to build successful launch and sustaining campaigns and promotional concepts, by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content and usage trends.
The candidate must be able to work collaboratively and independently, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners.
The focus will be on building, measuring, and optimizing successful, results-oriented marketing programs in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines, across new partner launches and ongoing campaigns for existing launches.
This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others.
Attributes: Comfortable working in a dynamic, high growth Tech environment.Open-minded and good judgment, organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple projects simultaneously, often with conflicting priorities and deadlines.Strong PowerPoint development skillStrong public speaking skillsLead and inspire a team.Knowledge of market research practices and techniques.Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.Strong analytical background - master with data analysis and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.Black Dragon Capital Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing and communications campaign activities for our programs; plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and assess campaign success.Help design, create, deliver, and manage marketing campaigns, especially digital campaigns, and the content for those campaigns.Offer expertise to the firm, global portfolio businesses, and affiliates, developing and applying brand strategy and guidelines.Devise and execute breakthrough campaigns, programs, and initiatives designed to support our portfolio companies and affiliates.Drive the annual planning process, including discussions with leadership around business priorities.Manage and mentor the development of junior team members in the US and India.Conduct detailed market analysis and assessment, gaining cross-functional alignment on product strategy while developing core value proposition and positioning messaging.Develop the strategy to optimize positive exposure for the Fund's portfolio companies.Support the marketing strategy for the founder's non-profit, Foundation for A Bright Future.Create and manage a marketing and IR strategy for the Black Dragon Capital brand.
This would include PR, IR, speaking engagements, articles, etc.Create and support a team that executes the marketing and branding strategy for other OneDragon Services groups.
This will include creating a small team to execute branding strategies, website design, branding, articles, PR, speaking engagements, and more.Help us create a low-cost team that replaces a traditional PR firm by providing these services to our internal companies.Brand Management: Promote Black Dragon as a unique, next generation approach to Private Equity and as the preeminent PE firm in our primary sectors.
Additionally, preserving and positioning the firm's executives and partners as thought leaders in these spaces.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in marketing or other related major.7+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, including content marketing and social media.Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management and team members.Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to meet deadlines.Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.Website Analytics skills required and expert level Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management skills.Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skillsets.LOCATION: Remote - Argentina
