Position Overview: Were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead generation efforts, optimize digital marketing campaigns, and strengthen brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, experience in paid advertising, and the ability to create high-performing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads for HVAC and plumbing services.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads to ensure high ROI and conversion rates.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Track and analyze lead performance data, making real-time adjustments for optimization.
Website & Content Management: Ensure the company website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
Create and manage blog content, landing pages, and service pages to engage potential customers.
Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
Brand Awareness & Community Engagement: Strengthen the companys brand presence through social media marketing and reputation management.
Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on platforms like Google My Business and Facebook.
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to enhance community engagement and referrals.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Continuously test and refine marketing campaigns to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business growth goals.
Identify new opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and customer engagement.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
Strong background in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
Experience in website management and content strategy to drive conversions.
Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills with a strong brand-building mindset.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Nice-to-Haves: Proficiency with ServiceTitan.
Experience in marketing for a home service business (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
