We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager who will be coordinating the internal teams and managing key client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- Manage the relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Create easy-to-understand tasks and briefs for the design and development teams.
- Constant communication with the account team to receive assignments.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Work with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are consistent.
- Develop digital marketing strategies, define online brand objectives and KPI's for our clients.
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Analyze client and consumer needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Serve as a quality filter for all work delivered.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills respecting deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Be collaborative and effective working in team groups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with set timelines.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
