We are seeking a hands-on, competitive Senior Marketing Manager to take charge of end-to-end marketing strategies and execution, dedicated to enhancing brand perception, recognition, and identity for both Shapermint and Truekind brands.
Your primary focus is on ensuring clarity for customers and aligning initiatives with our overarching business goals.
Responsibilities: Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, placing a strong emphasis on organic visibility and growth across channels like social media and organic avenues.Align brand positioning across diverse channels, such as social media, physical stores, acquisition and retention communications, and our wholesale strategy.Source, hire, mentor and lead a high-performing team for brand marketing aligned with our core values.Research, benchmark and gather key data of trends, competitors and our internal customers to guide the team into right decisions to increase sales by tailoring the message to our target persona.Lead the end-to-end process of researching, strategizing and developing the brand voice, and formulating a long-term strategic plan.Create and execute the marketing plan, ensuring improvements are measured/tracked through non-paid channels for Social, PR, Referral, Influencers/Ambassadors, Affiliates.Collaborate with the Digital Product team to ensure website touchpoints communicate the brand positioning effectively.Develop functional requirements for new product launches and product improvements.Manage the communication, positioning and launch of products ensuring they fit the right category and communicate the value proposition.Own the 360 Integrated campaigns, planning and executing campaigns across marketing channels.Experience/Qualifications: 8+ years of marketing experience (Sr Manager or Director level).
