Your PurposeAs a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing the communications strategy for our customers improving conversion and engagement metrics.
You will be using our automated marketing platform and fully leveraging its capabilities, measuring the results of each campaign or journey.
You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and Data Science, as well as other teams who often need to reach out to our users.
Reports ToCLM Sr Manager
Who You Are3+ proven years of CRM experience (experience with Clevertap will be considered an asset) and database selection and manipulation.English language proficiency.SQL proficiency.Experience with a Data Visualization tool (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, and such).Strong working knowledge of CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms.Experience with user segmentation and A/B testing.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a sense of urgency.Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.Passionate for Fintech and committed to Bitso's leadership position in the crypto space.What You Will DoResponsible for creating a communication strategy for our customers.Measuring and improving the results and conversion of our campaigns.Maintaining our user base engaged in our communications.Creating and automating dashboards and presentations of our CRM strategy to stakeholders of the whole company.Suggesting and implementing best practices for our communications (best channels, time to communicate, CTAs, length, terms, and such).Establishing workflows and processes for creating and managing new communications with other demanding areas.Who We AreWith over 5 million users, Bitso is the leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America.
