As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our care home staff in 7 locations across East Anglia. You will ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide outstanding care to our residents.

About the role:
The Regional Trainer will report to the Learning & Development Manager and collaborate with General Managers and the Regional Team to identify and deliver effective training solutions.
- Delivering clinical and non-clinical training to the teams within our Care Homes.
- Ensuring statutory and mandatory training levels meet compliance requirements at all times.
- Collaborating with the Regional Team to ensure training needs are identified and delivered effectively.
- Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development regarding training provided, striving for continuous improvement of the material and ensuring training meets up-to-date legislation.
- Previous experience of delivering training, coaching, and mentoring in a healthcare environment.
- Good knowledge of care home regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own time whilst delivering training across multiple sites.
