We are seeking a Regional Trainer to deliver outstanding training to all teams across our 7 care homes in East Anglia. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our care home staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide exceptional care to our residents.

The successful candidate will work closely with General Managers and Regional Team to identify and meet training needs effectively. You will report to the Head of Learning & Development, providing regular updates on training provided and striving for continuous improvement.

• Prior experience of delivering training, coaching, and mentoring in a healthcare environment.
• Good knowledge around care home regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage your own time while delivering training across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in using training systems such as YourHippo and Microsoft Office packages.
