We are seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team at Uplift People Consulting. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Identify new business opportunities through collaboration with clients and internal teams.\
  4. Collaborate with account managers and clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences.\
  5. Ensure product deliverables meet customer specifications in terms of timeliness and quality.\
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep everyone informed about client activities.\
  7. Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.\
  8. Provide expert advice to clients on our products and services.\
  9. Train internal staff on product/service offerings and best practices.\
  10. Represent Uplift People Consulting on external client projects.\
  11. Mentor and lead junior client service representatives when needed.\

Requirements

  2. Bachelor's Degree Required\
  3. 2 Years of Related Work Experience Required\
  4. Thorough knowledge of client service concepts, practices, and procedures required\
  5. Strong understanding of Uplift People Consulting's products and the Pharmaceutical industry required\
  6. Experience in meeting facilitation, presentation, and training required\
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills\
  8. Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills\
  9. Able to travel to clients and company offices as necessary\
  10. Accreditation preferred in multiple business lines of IMS service certification program required\
