As a Strategic Account Development Manager at The Language Doctors, Inc., you will drive the distribution and sales of our product portfolio to top chained On Premise customers in your local market/area. You will maximize business opportunities while developing long-term relationships with key accounts.
STRATEGY AND PLANNING- You will align with Key Account Managers on international strategies and guidelines, and identify relevant channels and customers for development.
- Closely collaborate with local Marketing teams to leverage industry- and consumer insights for national focus areas.
- Develop annual business plans for On Premise Key Accounts to drive growth and profitability.
- Maximize existing customer performance through effective joint business planning.
- Aquire new customers from the national universe and negotiate win-win partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage business success and ensure executional excellence on account level.
- Monitor customer performance and margin against investment, taking corrective action where necessary.
Diligently track, analyze, and report on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
LEADING BY EXAMPLE- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and product within the network.
- Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (beverage industry preferred).
- Previous experience in Key Account Management is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to effectively sell and negotiate.
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset, solution-oriented, and analytical skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability, proficient in MS Office.
