The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, and a commitment to continuous growth. They will work closely with Fund Management, Accounts Receivable, and other key stakeholders to ensure fund revenue is received and reconciled.
The Business Operations Associate will also provide support and backup to the Fund Revenue Analyst and Specialist along with the Plan Expense Funding and Alliance Employer Invoicing processes. Additionally, they will analyze and support general financial control processes and ongoing improvement efforts.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to communicate effectively with external fund companies on variances, rate changes, and other nuances associated with fund fee matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the monthly Alliance 12b1 revenue calculation and accrual process.
- Compile and track results to the general ledger to ensure accuracy of calculations.
- Work with Fund Management, Accounts Receivable, and other key stakeholders to ensure fund revenue is received and reconciled.
- Communicate and engage with external fund companies on variances, rate changes, and other nuances associated with fund fee matters.
- Provide support and backup to the Fund Revenue Analyst and Specialist along with the Plan Expense Funding and Alliance Employer Invoicing processes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $53,500 - $96,300, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO/parental leave, competitive 401K, employee assistance program, and tuition assistance program.
