About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Business Operations for our Silicon Business Group.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the silicon foundry business while working with top-tier customers and cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business operations for a line of business within our silicon business group (SBM)
- Set go-to-market strategy, define business plans, and recommend which business to accept under which terms
- Provide demand forecasts into long-range planning process to secure required capacity
- Collaborate with finance and other functions to complete NPV assessments
- Manage change requests through structured change control process
- Cross-functional MRC to program manage the business and operational aspects of the P and L
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in leading business operations and driving growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams
