Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales organization, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support for retention, development, and acquisition accounts
- Manage a variety of requests and tasks, including opportunity to contract management and system configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth
- Verify credit limits and resolve overdue invoices and credit issues
- Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes and sales orders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in process/finalized)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Advanced English language skills, written and oral
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Positive attitude, ability to collaborate, and strong communication skills
