About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company goals and target market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand development, positioning, and messaging to strengthen our market presence.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, social media, videos, and other relevant content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team to provide marketing materials, presentations, and insights to support the sales process.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our expertise and services.
  • Public Relations: Manage public relations activities to enhance our reputation and establish thought leadership.
  • Performance Tracking: Track marketing performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications or similar.
  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in the IT services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and communication skills in English.
