**Responsabilidades**:
Responsable de desarrollar e implementar el plan de marketing que incluye las estrategias de marketing para construir y fortalecer las marcas, audiencias de la empresa y expandir su distribución.

Interacción y articulación permanente con todas las áreas de la compañía para asegurar la ejecución con excelencia de las campañas.

Gestionar el presupuesto anual del área con fin de cumplimentar los objetivos establecidos.

Identificar y planificar estrategias de marketing diferenciales e impactantes que impulsen la implementación de campañas de marketing que cumplan con los objetivos comerciales y generen clientes potenciales.

Mantener los estándares de la marca y garantizar el cumplimiento en todos los canales de marketing y comunicación buscando innovación.

Dirigir y respaldar la recopilación, el análisis y la interpretación de investigaciones de mercado de datos para confeccionar informes de mercado a corto y largo plazo.

**Requisitos**:
Orientamos nuestra búsqueda a profesionales senior de las carreras de Marketing, comunicación y/o afines con sólida experiência liderando áreas de Marketing en la industria del entretenimiento.

Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno en permanente cambio e innovación, para resolver problemas de forma creativa frente a los nuevos desafíos de la industria audiovisual.

Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con capacidad para la toma de decisiones en función de datos e indicadores.

Se requiere para el desempeño de la posición un nível de inglés avanzado.
