Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Darwin AI, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach potential customers.
  • Inbound lead qualification and response to assess customer needs and readiness.
  • Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations with Account Executives.
  • Researching key decision-makers and market trends.
  • Managing lead pipeline, tracking engagement, and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets for meetings set and pipeline contribution.
  • Improving outreach strategies through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and our product offerings.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Bilingualism is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Resilience, persistence, and motivation to meet targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Possess a passion for technology and SaaS solutions.
