Scale Up Recruiting Partners is on the lookout for a results-driven Sales Development Manager to take their sales to the next level.

This high-energy role involves identifying new client opportunities and closing deals in the staffing industry.

You'll develop and execute winning sales strategies to expand market share and boost revenue, building and nurturing client relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead sales efforts to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  4. Hit aggressive targets by bringing in 10+ new clients in supply chain/logistics and administrative roles.
  5. Analyze market trends and sales data to refine your approach and stay ahead of the competition.
What You Bring
  1. Proven B2B sales experience in the staffing industry.
  2. A track record of smashing revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
  3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  4. A growth mindset and the ability to drive results with minimal oversight.
  5. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Perks & Compensation

$1,500 – $1,800 USD/month base salary + 5% commission on generated revenue.

First-year goal: 10 new clients in key Florida markets (Orlando, Tampa, Miami).

Ongoing training and development to help you grow in the staffing industry.
