S&P Global, Inc. seeks an Organizational Growth Specialist to drive organizational growth through the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive development programs for managers across the organization.
About the Role:In this critical position, you will collaborate with People Partners, Talent Partners, and business leaders to identify key competencies and skills required for effective people management, develop key performance indicators and success metrics to measure the program's success, and partner with the VIBE team to develop engagement survey questions that align with the capabilities of the program.
Responsibilities include creating and implementing cutting-edge development programs tailored to the needs of managers, integrating AI tools for personalized learning pathways, and leveraging various learning modalities (e.g., workshops, videos, podcasts, AI tools) to build engaging training materials for different types of learners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of program design, facilitation, and evaluation, with a strong understanding of AI applications in learning and be able to develop metrics and assessment tools powered by AI to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of development programs.
